Accessibility Statement for 360 Assurance

This accessibility statement applies to the 360 Assurance website https://www.360assurance.co.uk/.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. In order to ensure that all of our visitors can use our website, these pages aim to meet Level-A and Level-AA standards of WCAG 2.2. This means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser functionality

  • zoom in up to 400 per cent without the text spilling off the screen

  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard or speech recognition software

  • interact with most of the website using a screen reader (including recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver).

We also try to make the website text as simple as possible to understand.

How accessible is this website?

This website currently partially conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 A and AA standards, which was published in October 2023.

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible including:

WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships - Incorrect HTML markup.

We have little control over the accessibility of third-party content including the Cookies toolbar, Google Maps and YouTube videos. We cannot guarantee that these tools are WCAG 2.2 compliant.

Many documents are not fully accessible including missing text alternatives and missing document structure.  This may include PDF documents within the Publication section of the website. We are looking into making all our documents more accessible.

This is not a comprehensive list as we are still identifying some accessibility issues.
