Trust Secretaries' Network

360 Assurance and Browne Jacobson have partnered to facilitate a network for NHS Trust Secretaries across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.

The network will provide a forum for governance professionals to connect with peers, share experiences and discuss the evolving governance landscape within NHS organisations.

Each session will include a short update on key legal and governance developments affecting NHS Trusts, followed by an open roundtable discussion where participants can raise topics and share perspectives. Suggested discussion themes include Foundation Trust governance, collaborative working, and Freedom of Information/ Subject Access request challenges.

The sessions will be co-facilitated by Rebecca Hainsworth (Partner, Browne Jacobson) and Elaine Dower (360 Assurance), drawing on their experience supporting NHS organisations on governance, regulatory and assurance matters and we encourage network members to suggest topics which they would find beneficial to discuss.
