In this half day virtual session we considered:

  • An overview of procurement frameworks and systems in the NHS and how these may need to change in the future
  • Examples of system-wide procurement being implemented and the benefits this can bring
  • Minimising the possibility of fraud in the procurement process
  • Sustainability considerations and their impact on the choice of supplier
