In this half day virtual session we considered:
- An overview of procurement frameworks and systems in the NHS and how these may need to change in the future
- Examples of system-wide procurement being implemented and the benefits this can bring
- Minimising the possibility of fraud in the procurement process
- Sustainability considerations and their impact on the choice of supplier
